March 29, 2019

  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Kenneth Jean-Louis, 22, of Harrisburg, for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.

March 30, 2019

  • Police arrested Olivia Novak, 21, of Manheim, for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 225 Normal Ave. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested Nikolas Feinsilber, 21, of Bath, for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 60 Noble St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested Kevin Culbertson, 22, of West Chester, for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 43 W Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested Hayden Schimp, 22, of York, for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of N Whiteoak St.

March 31, 2019

  • Police arrested Hunter Thomson, 21, of Kutztown, for driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, registrations and certificates required and for careless driving following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of N Whiteoak St.

April 1, 2019

  • Police arrested Kaitlyn Shawver, 21, of Havertown, for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 422 W Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Kayla Hughes, 20, of Highland Mills, N.Y., for minor presenting false identification for liquor following an incident that occurred at Wine & Spirits Shoppe, 45 Constitution Blvd.

April 2, 2019

  • Police investigated the report of fraud following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of N Whiteoak St.

April 4, 2019

  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Randy Dreibelbis, 42, of Mertztown, for terroristic threats and harassment/follow following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of W Main St.
