  • Police are investigating the report of burglary after items were reported missing following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 400 block of W. Main St.
  • Police arrested Tanya Hottenstein, 30, of Fleetwood, for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of W. Main St.

Dec. 15, 2018

  • Police arrested Kyle Balaney, 22, of Stewartsville, N.J., for defiant trespass/communication from owner and public drunkenness following an incident that occurred at Shorty’s Bar, 272 W. Main St.

Dec. 16, 2018

  • Police arrested Joseph Ruggiero, 21, of Levittown, for simple assault, simple assault/physical and for public drunkenness following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.
  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Matthew Toner, 21, of Philadelphia, for theft by unlawful taking and for receiving stolen property following an incident that occurred at Pop’s Malt Shoppe, 208 W. Main St.
  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Nicholas Romanot, 34, of Kempton, for theft by unlawful taking and for receiving stolen property following an incident that occurred at Pop’s Malt Shoppe, 208 W. Main St.

Dec. 18, 2018

  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Matthew Campbell, 21, of Philadelphia; Lucas Clepper, 21, of Shippensburg; Nicholas Giori, 21, of Hamilton Square, N.J.; Mauricio Ramirez, 21, of Sinking Spring; and Noah Walsh, 22, of Westfield, N.J., for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 28 Noble St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
