Nov. 9, 2018

  • Police arrested Nicholas Giori, 21, of Hamilton Square, N.J., for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 28 Noble St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested Connor Hyson, 21, of Cape May Courthouse, N.J.; and Colin Lynch, 20 of Great Meadows, N.J. for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 370 W. Main St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested a juvenile, 15, of Lenhartsville, for simple assault following an incident that occurred at the Kutztown Area High School, 50 Trexler Ave.
  • Police investigated the report of vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported that the driver’s side mirror was broken while the vehicle was parked at a residence in the 00 block of E. Main St.

Nov. 10, 2018

  • Police investigated the report of fraud following an incident that occurred at Kutztown Bottling Works, 78 S. Whiteoak St.

Nov. 11, 2018

  • Police arrested Noah Walsh, 22, of Westfield, N.J., for violation of the borough noise ordinance following an incident that occurred at 28 Noble St. A Disruptive Conduct Report was also issued.
  • Police arrested Russell Jenkins, 20, of New Holland, for violation of the borough peace and good order ordinance following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of W. Main St.
  • Police investigated the report of vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported that the windshield was smashed while the vehicle was parked at a residence in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Nov. 12, 2018

  • Police arrested a juvenile, 15, of Kutztown, for possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident that occurred at Kutztown Area High School, 50 Trexler Ave.
  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Erik Therrien, 20, of Reading, for possession of a small amount of marijuana and for possession/use of drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of E. Main St.

Nov. 13, 2018

  • Police investigated the report of vandalism to a vehicle after it was reported that the passenger side mirror was damaged while the vehicle was parked at a residence in the 100 block of W. Main St.

Nov. 14, 2018

  • After completing their investigation, police arrested Najeh Fowler, 18, of Bryn Mawr, for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages following an incident that occurred at Kutztown Fair Association, 225 N. Whiteoak St.
