CPRS Physical Therapy receives Business Partner of the Year award

SUMMERDALE – CPRS Physical Therapy was named as the 2018 Business Partner of the Year by Central Penn College at a ceremony this morning in the Capital BlueCross Theatre. The award recognizes a local company for partnering with the college and its Career Services department.

“We are extremely honored to receive this distinguished award,” said Matthew Morgan, Chief Operations Officer at CPRS Physical Therapy. “We greatly enjoy our partnership with the college and look forward to continuing our work together.”

Founded in 1983, CPRS Physical Therapy has 28 locations in the commonwealth and currently employs 36 Central Penn College graduates. “This is really a true testament to the amazing work and valuable education that students (and often our future staff) receive at Central Penn,” said Morgan. Also representing the company at the ceremony were Human Relations Manager Janelle Minier and Customer Relations Manager Francesca Kirk.

CPRS works with the college by conducting mock interviews with students, providing shadowing opportunities and clinical internships, and, ultimately, hiring many graduates.

“CPRS Physical Therapy has been a strong partner to the college for a long time. They do an outstanding job of supporting our students and our graduates,” said Steve Hassinger, Career Services Director at the college.
